H3O Beach Saunas are a portable outdoor pop up sauna service. Taking your outdoor sauna experience to the next level! Our state of the art pop up saunas can hold up to ten visitors at a time. We guarantee you’ll love the experience, whether joining us on your own or as a group.

What to expect

At H3O Beach Saunas we provide a relaxing and tranquil experience in our state of the art saunas. Whether you’re simply looking to escape and recharge or preparing for or recovering from sport and exercise, we can support you.

We offer morning Beach Saunas at Little Haven Beach South Shields, Roker Harbour Sunderland and chilled afternoon/evening Saunas at Roker Yacht Club.

We often collaborate with local groups and communities and welcome any new opportunities, just drop us a message.

We cover events and occasions and have well established collaborations with local wellbeing communities.

We also provide sauna and cold plunge pool rental. We will bring the experience to you!

We can currently host up to 20 people in our saunas at one time. We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in a block booking at one of our venues or would like more information on us bringing the saunas to your preferred location.

We have held numerous events and can bring something special to your occasion whether it be wellbeing or fitness related.

Whether it’s a Wellness Retreat, Sporting Event, Boot Camp, Sauna and Food Combo, Sea Swimming Group, Mental Health Support Group or……………. you get the idea! If you’re a business owner and would like to collaborate, we’re all ears.

Sauna and Cold Plunge Pool Rental

H3O Beach Saunas will bring the sauna and cold water experience to your address or chosen location. We’ll set everything up so it’s ready to use then collect it when you’re all done.

🔸Why not rent a sauna and plunge pool for your next occasion or celebration? Just drop us message and we’ll get some basic details from you to make sure the location is suitable.

🔸You can choose from 6 or 10 person options with all the additional extras you get from an H3O sauna – essential oils, sauna hats, body scrub and massage stones.

H3O will set up your sauna (and plunge pool if rented) and give you full instructions on how to safely use our sauna on set up.

🔸Prices vary depending on location, but here’s a guide:

10-person sauna only: 3 days £330

6-person sauna only: 3 days £280

10-person sauna with plunge pool: 3 days £350

6-person sauna with plunge pool: 3 days £300

Wood can be provided at additional cost.
