At H3O Beach Saunas we provide a relaxing and tranquil experience in our state of the art saunas. Whether you’re simply looking to escape and recharge or preparing for or recovering from sport and exercise, we can support you.
We offer morning and evening Beach Saunas at Little Haven Beach South Shields, Roker Harbour Sunderland and Roker Yacht Club.
We often collaborate with local groups and communities and welcome any new opportunities, just drop us a message.
We cover events and occasions and have well established collaborations with local wellbeing communities.
We also provide sauna and cold plunge pool rental. We will bring the experience to you!
